Live Chat Added

Recently MedAbbrev added a live chat option to the website. Using this new chat button allows you to chat with a live agent during our normal operating hours. Live support is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM Mountain Standard Time (with the exception of major holidays.)
If you look at the top right corner, you can tell if live support is available. It will say "online" if one of our helpful customer success representatives is available to help you. If we are "offline", then view our [Contact Us] page for other options.
It's super easy to use, just click the button and wait for a representative to assist you.
